From leaving school at the age of 16 in 1991, originally from Kent, I joined the Army with The Queens Regiment, (Infantry) now The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment. During my long and impeccable military career I have completed 23 years and served in Northern Ireland and Bosnia, also carrying out training exercises and assisting with the instruction of young officers in Cyprus, Belize and Kenya just to name a few.

My Journey to Wash 'n' Gloss
I obtained my LGV and coach licences whilst serving and decided to specialise within the Motor Transport Platoon becoming an LGV driving Instructor, Hazmat (ADR) instructor and Defence Driving examiner.

Starting as a driver, I soon moved up the ranks and took on the roll of Transport Supervisor and for a short period, Transport Manager with 12 staff and 125 different wheeled vehicles and trailers.
