Re: Quick detailer, fast wax etc which do I choose ???

I personally like Chemical guys - Speed wipe. Can be diluted 3:1 with de-ironised water (get water from Asda just £1 for 2.5ltrs). Has a fantastic finish.

I use CG Speed Wipe too, it's fantastic! Tho I did not know you could dilute it!!! Say's nothing about diluting it on the bottle?

See hear http://www.chemicalguysuk.com/Quick_Detail_Spray_Made_By_CG_Yes_p/spewp.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; this makes it very economical. I do use it neat if I'm using it while drying though.

Re: Glass sealant - Still can't find one I like!!

LC Auto Clean wrote:Yeah I've done that! May have t check, not sure if it's G1 now, may be I have G3 which I think has been replaced?

G3 doesn't have the endurability that G1 has on the wind screen. G5 is the new G3 :D

Re: Glass sealant - Still can't find one I like!!

You have to first decide which type of product you are after. There are short term product (couple of months) which are generally easiest to apply and cheapest. There are mid term products which can last up to a year and these tend to give the fastest run off but are a lot harder to apply, as a rule, and cost more. Then you have the super durable products, these can last several years but are again more difficult to apply and cost a bit more again.

Re: Fog machine fluid - What's out there and whats best?

I've not tried the Fog-It stuff personally, so can't comment on that.

I use the an online supplier Fogging Fluids and not had any issues so far.
