New car protection detail kent Bmw X3

Postby Divine Detail » Wed Sep 11, 2013 3:43 pm

Carried out a new car protection detail on this bmw x3. Lovely spec and one of the best colours I have seen, really suits it. Car was dropped off by the dealer and hasn't moved so was a nice base to start with. Literally everything on this cae was protected from the fabric arch liners to the paint, everything should be so easy to keep on top of for years to come.

The paint felt alittle rough to start with after a wash so I clayed it with a mild clay bar which left it feeling as a new car should, then a polish with megs 205 and a wipe down with eraser ready for some cquartz uk.

Onto the finished ones, no interior or engine bay pictures as it was as new inside I just protected all the carpets seats etc (excuse the rain in some of the afters the heavens opened just as I was finishing off some of the pictures):

Thanks mate, not bad actually it's easy to use and seems pretty tough once on there. I used it on my own car for a year and it never picked up any marking or swirling.

Looks good squire.

I'm surprised that Megs 205 had enough bite though?
