Personally I use Krystal Kleen's Brake away. It's non-acid, I dilute it 1:4 for general Valeting work. Very economical and effective. Big thumbs up :-)

I'm using two for basic valeting at the moment:

an online supplier Brite Clean - Effective, good price, non-acid, but can make me cough a bit if I'm too close!

Autobright Magnum - As effective as AJ's Brite Clean, very good at cleaning the tyres too, and more pleasant to use. A little more expensive, but overall I probably rate it above BC

SONAX Full Effect Wheel Cleaner is a favourite with me but to expensive for every day use, so the last year or so ive been using Autobright Car Care's Non Acid Wheel Cleaner. What I like about it is the great dilution ratios, it doesnt have a nasty smell that chokes you and its also great for cleaning tyres.

CarChem Revolt. Superb wheel cleaner that removes brake dust and fallout in one hit. Apreciate its not the cheapest to use but the quality shines through for me :)

Autosmarts Smart Wheels
Like its dilution ratio, 4-1 sorts 80% of jobs will also clean the tyres and it has brightners in to leave the alloy looking er ??!!? "bright"" onclick=";return false;" onclick=";return false;" onclick=";return false; Mobile Car valeting and cleaning Penzance st ives helston hayle truro cornwall

Another vote for Krystal Kleen's Brake Away. I like the fact that even with a dilution of 3:1 it can be sprayed on, left for five minutes, then pressured washed off. Usually no need to agitate, even on a heavily soiled wheel. Great time saver and time is money.

I like Krystal Kleen s brake away but use smart wheels as it is more convenient to get delivered as the Rep appears at my front door. No postage costs etc.
